To be eligible for 1 complimentary room for every 35 rooms actualized and 35% attrition rate, qualifying meeting must consist of at least 50 cumulative paid room nights. To be eligible for additional rebate equal to 2% of total revenue, qualifying booking must consist of at least 100 cumulative paid room nights. Rebate, which will be applied to final master bill, does not apply to any surcharges, gratuities, taxes or third-party charges. Offer valid on new contracts only that are booked between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 for meetings held no later than December 31, 2010. The contact must sign a contract with the hotel on behalf of the group to govern the terms of the meeting ("Sales Contract"). The details of the incentives selected by the group must be identified and described in the Sales Contract. The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Sales Contract. Whether to book a meeting is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. Registration must occur prior to the end date of qualifying events and meetings in order to receive bonus points. Marriott Rewards® members (“Member”) who register for this promotion will earn Double Marriott Rewards points up to 50,000 bonus points on qualifying charge per meeting or event. If a registered member pays for the event with their Visa Card, they instead earn Triple Marriott Rewards points up to 100,000 bonus points. To be eligible for Double Points, qualifying events or meetings must be contracted after January 1, 2010 and held between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010. To be eligible for Triple Points, qualifying events or meetings must be contracted after January 1, 2010 and held between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 and the master bill paid for with a valid Visa Card. Events or meetings must have at least 10 rooms on at least one night, or it may be a catering-only event to be eligible for bonus points. Members earn either Double or Triple points based upon the base earning of 3 points per $1US on qualified charges, up to a maximum of 50,000 points. Qualifying charges include Food Beverage, Meeting Room Rental, and Audio Visual charges to the Master Bill, and additionally all Guest Room rate charges. Qualifying charges do not include any Taxes, Gratuities and Service Fees, nor any Food Beverage or other Incidental Charges on individual guest room folios. The Marriott Rewards registered member must sign a sales/group contract with the hotel for the event or meeting to qualify. The registered member who signs the contract or is the main contact on the contract is eligible to receive the bonus points and cannot be awarded to a different account.
